My aim with this blog is to spread the word about the benefits of getting rid of those awful EVA soled footwear and promoting a more beneficial approach via minimalist shoes and (even better) barefoot running (and walking!).
My knowledge and experience is self-taught and self-evidential. The fulfilment I have found with the barefoot lifestyle has yet to dry, but it has already inspired me to put pen to paper (well fingertips to keyboard really) and try to cut through all the padding and guff which is already peppering the web as interest in barefoot running grows.
I have no affiliations with any health practices or barefoot shoe manufacturers. I'm merely the man on the Clapham Omnibus - as our law would put it. Overweight, a smoker, high blood pressure are the monkeys on my back and, as I tackle them, you are more than welcome to join in.
